The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in INR and must be paid in INR. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, TBC has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

COLORS
We strives to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We encourage our customers to order fabric and leather swatches available on the product pages to see the actual fabric color, texture and feel before ordering the final product. The final product will be sent as per the swatch ordered. Inspite of that  there may be slight variations in the fabrics/ leather color/ touch and feel due to lot variations.Due to diffrence in fabric batches, actual product color might vary from the swatch sent.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS Every effort is taken to ensure that the Products supplied correspond as closely as possible to the samples in our stores, Website and catalogue, but they may vary due to unique and characteristic variations of natural materials. We are not responsible for any such variations, which add to the unique quality of the Product, including but not limited to the following:1) Many of our Products are individually hand finished and Product colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. This will be more apparent if orders are placed at different times.2) There is a 3% allowance on fabric alignment.3) All Product measurements are approximate.Variations in size given at the time of placement of order and actual product might vary. On Lighting, Furniture and Upholstered products,  allow +/- 1-2 inch(es) variance on sizes stated.4) Leather is a natural material with unique characteristics such as shade variation, random scars and blemishes.5) We reserve the right to make any changes to the Product specifications (external and/or internal) and any other changes where necessary.6) Please check the details of the Products shown in any of our promotional publications or offers before ordering, as these Products may vary from the Products shown in our catalogue, Website or stores.7) Product specifications will vary from range to range as reflected in the design and price, however, all our Products are manufactured to the same high quality standards.

LIMITATIONS ON QUANTITY
TBC may not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items. In addition, we reserves the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, the same debit/credit card, bank account or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied.
 
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the Site again. When an item featured on the Site is no longer in stock, we make reasonable attempts to remove that item from the Site in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item or its price, please contact . TBC acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. SALES, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS

For a multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges if the shipping is not free. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation . We reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We will ship your order as it becomes available.  However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any manufacturing,shipping or transit time offered to you by us only as an estimate.

Please note, in case of refund due to damage of the product, packing and shipping charges won’t be refunded. Only the product price would be refunded. Shipping cost has to be borne by the buyer. 

 Additionally, The cost incurred to send us the product back will be borne by the buyer.

Tracking number will be generated post complete transfer of money is done. Please understand, We have a third party tie up for safely transfer of goods. The company generates docket sheet post we submit the invoice to them. And for invoice to gets generate, our accounts team needs a complete transfer of funds.

We request you to note the fact that the lead time which we state is just a rough estimation which we make. The lead time includes WORKING DAYS ONLY. While calculating the lead time we request you to add on the extra days caused due to holidays/weekends/rains/health conditions and any such unforceen circumstances not mentioned here.

Team TBC, will holds no policy to refund/cancel on the grounds of miscalculation of lead time/ delay in delivering the product beyond the committed lead time.

POINTS TO BE NOTED-

  • Since we reside in far away cities,after sale services from our end will be zero.
  • Since we are expoters,dont worry about the quality of products. All items which we make our export quality only and before dispatching our quality team makes sure everything is in order with every product.
  • Please note, mostly the pictures posted on our site and pages are our client house images or our factory images. But apart from that, we have taken many pictures of other websites through pintrest.
  • With regard to gurantee/warrenty, we do not have a policy of giving gurantee/warranty commitments.
  • We try our best to develop pieces in the dimensions stated. But since its hand craft work, we request you to keep an open mind and accept our slight deviations from dimensions stated.
  • No cancellations and refund will be proceeded on the grounds of delay on providing furniture items. The lead time quoted is just an rough estimate calculated by keeping other factors constant. Delays happened because of rains, power cuts, machine breakdowns , illness of workers etc.Team TBC, will not entertain any complaints with regard to refunds on account of delays from committed time.
  • Please note, in case of refund due to damage of the product, packing and shipping charges won’t be refunded.  Additionally, The cost incurred to send us the product back will be borne by the buyer.
  • In case you wish to send us product back for change in polish/finish color or for alteration of dimensions etc, shipping and packing cost of to and fro will be borne by the buyer.
